The Shane Murley Band consists of a rotating mix of 10 musicians that uniquely bring something fresh and original to the mix. Whether you see them playing out as a duo set or up to a 7 piece band, Shane will be at the helm allowing the musicians to be themselves and shine. From Americana Country-Folk to Alternative Rock to R&B-Soul with a Jazz-Funky twist, the band melts genres and keeps people engaged, with something for everyone. Somehow, the music just flows!

OUR HISTORYMusic has always been a part of our lives and we don't quite know what we'd do without it. The members of the band have all worked hard to get to where they are today and it's the history and time that they've each put in that makes us a fine working unit. Don't take yourselves too seriously, but take what you do seriously! We all strive to live by these words!

OUR INFLUENCESThere are so many influences that contribute to the styles and genres of music we play, to the little nuances and abilities each band member brings to the table. That being said, our biggest influences are our parents, siblings and good friends with great taste in music. Our musical knowledge has us pulling from so many decades of music, including the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's and today.

OUR DREAMSOur dreams and aspirations include recording a record, spreading the love of music to the masses, and believing in ourselves to give the people what they need. As we increase our fan base, our goal is to keep writing original material, staying fresh and learning new songs that inspire us and our fans, and simply use what the good lord gave us.
